Major Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own in-market procedure forecast Process
- Develop monthly in-market procedure forecasts for all finished medical device SKUs.
- Consolidate bottom-up sales inputs apply statistical forecasting models to adjust forecasts publish official consensus demand plan on a regular cadence and serve as the single source of in-market demand signal for the supply organization.
- Manage IBP Process
- Coordinate and facilitate the monthly IBP cycle. Ensure alignment between commercial demand supply capability inventory targets and financial objectives.
- Prepare planning scenarios risk assessments and recommendations for management review.
- Drive decision-making and cross-functional alignment to balance demand and supply requirements.
- Stakeholder Management & Upstream Partnership
- Collaborate effectively with Supply Chain Commercial Finance Quality Regulatory Affairs and other key stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on planning activities business priorities risk mitigation and operational execution.
- Serve as the key planning interface to support business growth compliance and customer service objectives.
- Drive Supply Chain Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Lead or support franchise-specific supply chain projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in planning and supply chain operations.
- Participate in new product introductions (NPI) product transfers and lifecycle management activities.
- Planning Systems & Data Management
- Maintain data integrity within planning and ERP systems.
- Ensure accurate master data to support forecasting replenishment and purchasing processes.
- Drive system enhancement initiatives and digitalization opportunities to improve planning efficiency and visibility.
- Support the development reports dashboards and analytical tools to support decision-making.
- KPI Management & Performance Monitoring
- Establish and monitor supply chain performance indicators including Forecast Accuracy Bias Inventory health etc.
- Develop performance reports and actionable improvement plans aligned with supply chain strategy.
Qualifications
- Education
Bachelors degree or above in Supply Chain Management Operations Management Business Administration Engineering or related disciplines. - Experience
- Experience in Supply Chain Planning Demand Planning Supply Planning Inventory Management or related functions preferred.
- Experience within Medical Device Healthcare Pharmaceutical FMCG or multinational companies preferred.
- Hands-on experience with IBP processes and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Experience managing planning systems such as SAP APO IBP Kinaxis or equivalent is preferred.
- Competencies
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix organization.
- High proficiency in Excel and supply chain planning tools.
