Centre Principal at Dipont Education (A-Level)

Dipont Education is seeking a Centre Principal to join our team at Linhai Foreign Language this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the high school ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for our students. You will work closely with teachers staff and parents to promote academic excellence and student success.

Linhai Foreign Languages School is located in Linhai Zhejiang and hosts a dedicated international curriculum center that delivers an academically rigorous A-Level program. The center was founded in 2013 and is accredited by the Zhejiang Department of Education.

The international center shares the campus facilities and teaching staff of the main school allowing students to benefit from a wide range of academic and extracurricular resources. English is the primary language of instruction and students are supported through academic and cultural experiences designed to prepare them for university life abroad.

We are seeking a Center Principal to lead our international curriculum center at Linhai Foreign Languages School.

• Location: Linhai Zhejiang

• Start date: August 2026

• Contract type: Full-time fixed-term (three-year contract with annual renewal thereafter)

Key responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to teachers and staff

• Develop and implement educational policies and procedures

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning

• Teach some classes within specialist subject

• Collaborate with parents and the community to foster a positive school culture

• Manage the school budget and resources effectively

• Ensure compliance with relevant educational regulations and standards

To be successful in this role you should have a proven track record of educational leadership excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of secondary education. You should also have the ability to inspire and motivate both students and staff.
