Position Summary岗位概述

• 了解现场操作工序在中控室通过DCS负责对全厂的生产运行操作进行监督和控制包括原料丙烯罐区碳纳米管生产线料仓等使现场的操作和DCS操作保持一致并通过系统实时发现相应问题并立即通知现场员工做及时处理保证生产顺利进行

Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) 工作要求主要职责

• 通过DCS系统监控原料丙烯罐区反应炉系统粉体输送系统纯化操作系统浆料操作系统等各分系统的运行状况及时调整各相关工艺参数使生产达到安全质量合格的要求保持生产的正常运转

• 对重要的设备和重要的技术参数重点关注发现异常时及时汇报当班班长和工程师做出必要调整但对超越自己权限的调整须事先征得上级的认可

• 在日常操作过程中监督一般情况下设备运转中的工艺参数积极配合现场操作工和维修部人员的工作

• 做好日常/定期工作中的数据记录工作协助当班班长共同组织好生产同时保证所属区域整洁

• 对在生产过程中工程师和主管做出的操作调整指令认真遵照执行并在交接班时交接清楚

• 当意外事故发生时应帮助工程师生产班长共同分析事故原因并及时解决;

• 在工作中严格遵守标准操作程序

• 根据生产计划协调各车间人员推进生产安排并对每天生产情况设备部运行情况工艺运行情况进行收集反馈给相关人员

• 严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力严格按照ISO9000ISO14001RC14001的标准确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求

• 严格遵守公司的各项安全规定包括员工安全要求责任18条管理团队安全要求责任13条安全健康环保相关规定对发现的安全隐患应及时上报

• 本岗位需要轮班参与夜班倒班入职前6个月将在外操学习所有工序通过考核后正式转为CCR

Competencies (Knowledge Skills and Behaviors) 能力知识技能和行为

• 有基本的化工生产经验了解化工生产中有关流体操作和干燥的技术要领

• 具备基础的自动化控制相关知识

• 有良好的环境整洁意识有安全生产的牢固概念

• 在化工生产意外发生时具备良好的心理素质和相当的应变能力

• 有油气电气固体如炭黑火灾事故的消防初步知识

• 有锅炉消防控制系统操作经验

Education/Experience 教育/经验

• 石油化工相关专业大专以上学历优先

• 若非大专学历 至少2年化工操作经验
