岗位职责

1支持CBEC供应链团队和其他部门合作以合理的库存和成本来实现稳定的供应并达成目标订单满足率

1按照日周月的标准工作流程追踪产品的供应计划 并向上级报告供应计划风险以及制定规避风险计划 最终达成目标订单满足率

2与工厂一起提高供应的反应速度

3支持每月商业核心流程的执行汇总数据支持团队在核心商业流程的机制中及时反馈

2支持CBEC供应链团队与商业和端到端的供应链团队合作推动流程的改进和KPI的提高

1协调第三方物流商香港供应链团队以及全球供应链团队来确保跨境电商的进口订单的按时到达并推动运输时效的持续改进

2理顺跨境电商的进口流程并提高进口文件的准确性以及订单按时满足率;协调国外仓库和物流团队来解决运输出现的问题并推动持续改进

3与各部门协作理顺跨境电商的订单流程并推动CBEC KPI 达成

3库存管理

1充分理解影响计划的主要因素采购交货周期计划周期供应稳定性预测波动性客户服务目标等以及营运资金的目标和端对端的计划流程

2定期与团队回顾库存并支持库存优化

3及时反馈近效期库存情况分析其原因并且推动清货计划避免报废

4系统管理

1确保在APOJDE等系统里供应相关主数据的准确性

2和IT一起解决供应系统相关的问题确保供应数据的准确

3为产品新编码的建立及系统参数维护提供支持

任职资格

1本科及以上学历

25年以上端到端供应链经验熟悉供应链运转及操作

3熟悉SAP系统

4较强的数据处理和数据分析的能力

5强烈的责任心以及主人翁意识良好的沟通协作能力快速学习能力以及推动持续改善的能力
