We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofBusiness QA AI Lead.

Principal responsibilities

• Lead and support QA automation initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
• Work with business technology QA and delivery teams to improve testing efficiency coverage and quality.
• Support digital delivery by applying automation-first and engineering-led testing practices.
• Explore and implement AI-enabled QA solutions including AI Agent use cases for Business QA.
• Provide technical guidance to QA colleagues and support automation and AI capability uplift.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure automation deliverables align with project priorities and timelines.

Requirements

• Experience in QA automation software engineering digital delivery or change management.
• Experience in AI Agent development or AI-enabled software delivery/testing is a must.
• Experienced in Mobile Automatio is a must.
• Strong hands-on experience in web automation testing such as Selenium Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience in mobile automation testing for iOS and/or Android such as Appium.
• Good programming skills in Java and/or Python.
• Good understanding of test automation strategy testing lifecycle CI/CD and quality engineering practices.
