Business Operation Intern

岗位职责

- 参与业务部门商业分析任务包括市场调研销售分析和业务流程改善等为领导层决策提供数据支持

- 协助团队成员进行数据收集和整理并进行数据分析和解读为业务部门提供相关报告和建议

- 进行专项形式的深入分析提炼对业务有价值的洞察发现并通过各类分析方法进行策略输出

技能和能力

- 具备良好的数据分析逻辑思维和总结能力能够通过各种数据的收集归纳和分析

- 熟练使用EXCELPPT等MS工具具备报告撰写能力 - 快速学习能力擅长数据查找与分析信息收集与提炼

- 英语读写流利者优先

实习时间和工作频率

- 每周至少到岗四天及以上(上海浦东新区晶耀前滩持续3个月及以上能长期实习者优先

学历和专业背景

- 本科及以上学历有相关实习经验者优先

其他要求

- 具有较强的团队合作精神和自驱力

- 对商业分析有敏感性且兴趣浓厚有医疗或咨询行业实习经验者优先
