Business Development Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Shenzhen team. This role will be instrumental in expanding our cross-border logistics and e-commerce business by identifying growth opportunities cultivating strategic partnerships and driving sustainable revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify develop and close new business opportunities to grow cross-border business within China.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Establish and strengthen vendor management capabilities in the Chinese market.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to expand our footprint in the region.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Achieve revenue targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide regular business updates pipeline visibility and sales forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development preferably in cross-border logistics
e-commerce or international trade.
- Industry exposure to Apparel & Footwear FMCG/Consumables Technology Food & Beverage or Personal Care & Cosmetics is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
