工作职责
- 完成销售业绩指标
- 协同西部各分公司拓展陆运业务的存量及潜在客户业务范围涵盖国内公路运输亚洲陆桥欧亚陆桥挖掘并促成运输合作订单
- 按月 / 季度完成签约目标与实际营收指标
- 坚持日常及周期性电话拓客客户登门拜访
- 保证每周每月产出有效询价及业务咨询线索
- 持续维护销售线索池与销售管理系统保障数据质量
具体工作内容
- 统筹全流程业务开发工作
- 对接客户维护良好的客户及企业合作关系
- 负责报价制定与商务分析
- 制作业务方案与合作提案
- 紧密配合各分公司一线销售团队拓展陆运业务助力业绩增长
- 主动挖掘潜在客户结合客户需求推送业务方案搭建长期合作关系

具备优秀的沟通能力与人际交往能力
从业经验及综合素质要求
- 工作积极热情有进取心结果导向能够承受工作压力
- 3年物流 / 运输行业销售经验优先
- 具备第三方物流合同管理运输运营相关工作经历
- 熟悉本地物流市场能承受业绩压力目标感强
- 适应以客户为中心讲求时效的工作节奏高效完成各项工作
- 拥有自有销售渠道及客户资源者优先
