Scope
Cost Analyst (70%)
Maintain project cost reports as required
Assist to update project reports montBusiness analyst (20%)
Maintain project master data
Perform monthly financial close processes
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
Review and process travel expenses and payments PR/PO application and follow-up
Gather and prepare data required by the HR team on a monthly basis
Support FA team
Assistant (10%)
Coordinate meetings for the CI APAC VP and teams as requested
Support payment processing if required by projects
Assist with signature and chop processes for contracts LOIs etc.
Manage stationery and supplies for the CISH team
Provide support for other tasks as needed
Carry out any other duties assigned by the CI APAC VP or direct line manager
As the coordinator for CI APAC in Shanghai support tasks required by the ALCH admin
Expected candidate:
Quick learn curious for new things
Sensitive in data strong logical mindset interested to analyze data / information
Result driven fast response and good communication skills
Optimism positive attitude and open-minded
Preferred to have finance knowledge/background
