2.物料主数据管理
申请维护物料主数据(MM01/MM02)规范编码规则避免一物多码/一码多物
维护物料属性视图扩展采购/库存/成本视图信息准确

3.工程变更(ECN)管理
接收研发/工程ECN评估BOM影响及时更 新SAP BOM并同步采购生产计划成本
记录变更日志跟进审批与执行确保新旧料切换顺畅

4.数据稽核与异常处理
定期BOM对账:图纸vs SAP vs实物排查编码错误用量错误层级错误PC归属错误
处理生产缺料错料成本异常PPV波动等BOM相关问题

5.跨部门协同与规范优化
对接研发采购仓库生产成本计划推动BOM标准化流程化
输出BOM报表差异分析物料耗用替代料清单等

招聘需求
1.学历专业:大专及以上机械机电工业工程供应链材料等工科优先
2.工作经验: 2年以上制造业SAP BOM/物料主数据实操经验;有多项目/多PC/共用料管理经验优先;有Jabil/EMS/液冷/机柜行业经验加分
3.核心技能精通SAPMM/PP模块:CS01/CS02/CS03MM01/MM02ME51N等能看懂机械图纸BOM结构物料规格理解替代料损耗PC归属逻辑
Excel熟练(VLOOKUP数据透视表函数)
4.素质要求:极度细心数据敏感严谨负责;逻辑清晰能处理多任务;沟通协调好抗压能快速响应变更
