Where Youll Make a Difference
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and customer solutions.
- Lead beverage application projects from concept development through commercialization ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Develop and present innovative beverage solutions that drive customer success and business growth.
- Provide technical support across pilot trials scale-up and industrial production.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver effective solutions to customers.
- Leverage new technologies tools and innovation platforms to enhance application performance and win rates.
- Manage project pipelines effectively while continuously building market technical and customer insights.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Min. BS degree in food science Chemistry Biochemistry Food fermentation flavor or related or PhD is preferred.
- Min. 5 years experience in food beverage ingredient or flavor
- Superior sensory perception to sweet acid bitterness and flavor profile etc.
