Job Summary
主要工作职责
1. 探寻商业机会接触潜在客户发掘顾客需求提出解决方案达成协议并签署销售合同
2. 完成公司核定的季度年度销售总目标
3. 维护销售及市场推广相关材料包括销售项目投标展示材料服务建议书等
4. 计划管理并支持其他外部交流事务包括起草方案及电话拜访等
5. 熟悉建筑可持续性相关服务包括但不限于LEED中国绿色建筑标识Green MarkCxA调适能源审计和改造M&V测量与验证等
6. 了解建筑可持续性相关技术LEED评价体系及相关技术领域知识
7. 与项目经理合作为潜在的项目做好时间预算工作从而提供一个合理的报价
8. 助项目经理进行付款跟踪
9. 结合销售及市场推广相关经验以及开发相关工具来提高效率
10. 根据要求履行其他工作相关职责
任职要求
良好的人际交往及沟通能力
英语读写流利日常工作需要经常与国际客户沟通
抗压能力强并能够在快节奏下完成工作
暖通或其他建筑行业相关专业本科及以上学历
3-5年绿色建筑行业相关经验
