主要工作职责 (Main Responsibilities)

1. 参与设计开发及维护面向各类银行业务场景的机器学习与人工智能模型包括但不限于反洗钱监测名单/交易监测反欺诈检测文档理解等

2. 在完成总部分配任务的同时遵守总部对数据保密性和数据库访问限制性的各种要求

3. 及时与总部同事沟通分配的任务按时按需求高质量的完成

4. 日常行为符合总部的操作手册要求

5. 遵守总部以及当地的合规管理参与模型风险评估文档撰写配合内外部审计及合规检查

6. 确保所有必须参加的培训课程都能按时完成

任职资格 (Incumbents Requirements)

学历及专业资格要求

• 计算机科学相关大学本科或以上的学历

知识与技能要求:

- 精通Python编写工程化代码

- 具备LLM及Prompt Engineering实践及调优经验

- 熟悉OpenAI APIHuggingFaceTransformersLangChain等主流框架

- 熟悉AWS / Azure / GCP中至少一种熟悉容器化Docker Kubernetes

- 熟练使用SQL了解Spark或其他大数据处理框架

- 了解SHAPLIME等模型可解释性工具

相关工作经验要求 :

- 具有5-8年及以上经验

- 具备金融风控和NLP文档理解等银行业AI应用经验优先

- Special Attributes 良好有效的沟通能力

- 良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力能与海外团队流畅协作
