ETAS is a strongly growing company in China. We are mainly active in the automotive embedded systems development but also actively developing new business opportunities.
In China ETAS is currently represented in 6 locations (HQ Shanghai Changchun Beijing Wuhan Chongqing Guangzhou).

The objective of the position is to support the business acquisition of ETAS basic software solutions including presentations at the customer system set-up and after-sales support. The involved products are ISOLAR RTA-BSW.
 

ETAS recently acquired highly skilled individuals to join our fast growing Software Engineering Solution division to deliver engineering consulting and training services in several key areas of embedded systems development. The position at ETAS China requires close collaboration with ETASs offices in Asia and Europe and includes the following tasks:

• Provision of engineering services in the areas of embedded software development safety-critical software and AUTOSAR
• Technical analysis of complex software architectures and development processes including the identification and implementation improvement measures that have a significant and lasting impact on the customers ability to deliver high quality cost effective software
• Conception and delivery of customer specific embedded software solutions on time and to an exceptional level of quality
• Close cooperation with product development teams to provide integrated one-stop AUTOSAR solutions

Qualifications :

• Familiar with automotive embedded R&D toolchains with practical experience in empowering software development and optimizing toolchains through AI tools and capable of implementing AI-based R&D efficiency improvement solutions
• Native in Chinese (mandarin) fluent in English
• 5-8 years of working experience in engineering of embedded systems or automotive electronics
• Experience in developing software according to the AUTOSAR standard
• Understanding of the development process of automotive software
• Capability to integrate and work in a multinational team
• Willingness to travel frequently within China
