Automotive Customer Program Manager for China Region

This Customer Program Manager role for the China region supports NXPs S32 automotive platforms enabling softwaredefined vehicle architectures across zonal body chassis and safetycritical applications. The position is ideal for a technically trained professional seeking handson customer engagement and ownership of complex automotive programs.

Responsibilities:

• Drive successful customer ramps on NXPs S32 Automotive products/programs in SDV architectures across zonal body chassis and safety critical applications through technical support and coordination of internal resources to address the needs of the program.
• Build and maintain strong technical knowledge of S32 products and software translating customer expectations into proactive actions to minimize risk and issues during new product introduction and launch into key customer programs.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships leading regular technical reviews status updates and onsite customer engagements to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Own and drive the resolution of customer issues ensuring corrective actions are clearly defined implemented and tracked to closure.
• Support portfolio and escalation management for key customer issues working closely with quality engineering and crossfunctional teams to drive timely and effective resolutions.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to customers helping them leverage NXP products to achieve systemlevel objectives within complex vehicle architectures.

Requirements:

• Strong customerfacing presence with excellent presentation communication and stakeholdermanagement skills capable of engaging effectively at both technical and management levels.

• A highly collaborative leader with the ability to build trusted effective working relationships across global crossfunctional teams.

• Demonstrated strong organizational and execution skills with a clear commitment to ownership accountability and rapid followthrough.
