Job Summary
职责
1. 负责AI视觉检测系统的全流程开发与维护包括训练集收集清洗标注及数据增强根据实际生产场景如缺陷检测外观检查等选择合适的视觉检测模型
2.负责模型训练推理框架搭建模型压缩与部署边缘端/服务器端确保系统稳定运行
3..负责模型调优比如模型的微调性能优化及效果提升等
4..参与智能制造项目的方案设计及技术评审评估AI技术路线的可行性
5..与机械电气软件工程师协作将AI能力集成到自动化设备和产线中
要求
1. 硕士及以上学历人工智能计算机软件工程数学等相关专业3年以上制造行业AI相关工作经验有电机缺陷检测尺寸检测等相关经验
2.扎实的编程功底及算法基础深入理解机器学习深度学习大模型算法原理及相关开发框架
3.拥有深厚的数学基础精通高等数学线性代数数理统计能够理解和推导AI算法如神经网络反向传播算法
4.掌握PytorchTensorFlow等框架熟悉主流模型框架调优策略迁移学习技巧
5.掌握计算机视觉自然语言处理等领域相关算法
6.有图像识别目标检测等制造行业相关项目经验
7.有CV项目YOLO模型实战经验
