岗位职责

1. 核心项目把控主导重点客户核心项目的完整对接与落地包括理解和引导客户需求并给出建设性专业建议将需求转化为可执行方案指导项目团队完成高质量研究设计数据采集和最终报告等全流程期间有有能力解决项目重难点问题协调内外部资源高效解决合作及交付中的各类问题保障最终项目高质量交付
2. 业务统筹可同时统筹多个类型的汽车用研项目用户洞察产品定义上市前产品验证上市后市场验证海外用户研究等把控多个项目的整体交付进度和质量
3. 客户经营精准捕捉客户业务痛点与潜在需求拓展新的业务合作场景与项目机会提升客户复购率与合作深度支撑业务营收稳步增长
4. 人才培养针对性培养研究员研究经理研究员等团队人才提升团队整体专业度
5. 方法论沉淀搭建表转化的用户研究体系与方法论沉淀研究案例库标准题库访谈体系分析模型等持续迭代研究工具与研究方法推动团队能力整体提升

Qualifications :

任职要求

1. 学历背景本科及以上学历专业不限
2. 从业经验8年以上汽车用户研究/市场研究经验海外项目经验者优先
3. 业务能力深耕汽车用研业务熟悉各类定性定量方法精通汽车用研体系
4. 团队管理能力擅长交付团队管理与人才带教
5. 客户与商务能力具备优秀的沟通汇报需求挖掘能力可长期维系核心客户关系提升复购率
6. 综合素养目标感强抗压性和应变性优秀具备良好的团队协作与管理意识
7. 工具能力熟练使用办公软件常规调研工具及AI工具
8. 语言能力英文沟通读写流利可支撑海外项目对接者优先
