Audit Operation Specialist
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Client Assessment & Onboarding
Conduct client assessments by strictly following internal SOPs
Assist in collecting reviewing and organizing client documentation
Support the onboarding process for new clients
Account Management
Handle client account setup activation and updates in internal systems
Create and maintain audit bookings accurately and on time
Keep client records organized and up to date
Client Communication & Operational Support
Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely professional and solution-oriented manner
Deliver day-to-day operational support to assigned client accounts
Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to senior team members when necessary
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to ensure smooth operations
Payment & Invoice Support
Assist in payment tracking invoice mapping and basic reconciliation
Follow up with clients on invoice-related matters under supervision
Ensure invoicing records are accurate and up to date
Qualifications :
Education
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Business Finance International Trade English or related fields preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome no prior work experience required
Internship experience in customer service admin or operations is a plus
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Attention to detail and willingness to follow SOPs and procedures
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
