AWS Sales Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue adoption and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. oSupport the achievement of sales targets by developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline and guiding customers through end-to-end sales cycles from discovery through to agreement;
oCreate detailed account plans and territory strategies in partnership with internal teams while maintaining accurate forecasting using CRM tools;
oCollaborate with customers to identify and qualify high-impact AI use cases aligned to their business priorities and strategic objectives.
Sales & Solution Advisory
oAct as a trusted advisor on AWS AI services helping customers understand potential outcomes value and return on investment;
oLead technical discovery sessions and contribute to demonstrations proofs of concept and solution design including model selection fine-tuning and deployment approaches;
oProvide guidance on model evaluation responsible AI practices governance considerations and relevant compliance requirements.
Customer Engagement & Market Development
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and executive stakeholders through a consultative collaborative approach;
oPartner with internal teams to deliver workshops enablement sessions and solution reviews that support customer learning and adoption;
oShare customer insights and feedback with AWS AI product teams to help inform product direction and improvements.

- Experience positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments
- Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customers business
- Direct sales or business development experience in software cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
