Associate Regional Distribution Manager
Job Summary
Steers and drives regional exaction of sales and channel excellence roadmap.
Develop and implement sales and growth opportunities for assigned distributor aimed at achieving and exceeding sales turnover and financial return within the most effective route and time-frame. Target new business accounts and opporunities as well as existing customers. Prepare and participate in performance review to ensure a constant flow of information between distributor/channel and company
Enforce channel discipline according to channel growth and development target regionally
Actively manage the relationship with the assigned distributor to ensure alignment with company objective
Proceed distributor/channel with the support and information needed to facilitate with their effectiveness
Continuously evaluates existing and possbile channel partners.
Cooperates with other function to make sure the alignment with AV and government policy on distribution management.
Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on relevant products techniques and application
Pro-actively maintains understanding of competitor activities and marketing developments and relevant product knowledge travels regularly in market to support understanding.
Bachelor or above in medical clinical or related major
5 years above sales/distributor management experience in health care industry especially in medical device company
Mandarin and English.
Computer Skills: Microsoft office.
A proven track-record of achieving and exceeding targets and a desire to grow with new business
Excellent interpersonal skills including teamworking and good communication
Strong presentation analytical and customer service skills
Self-starter able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload
The base pay for this position is
