• Lead monthly S&OP meetings to align sales operations and finance teams on demand-supply strategies to drive an integrated business planning and achieve business goals.
• Drive and strategically manage product family-level production and inventory planning based on demand forecasts minimizing stockouts and overstocks in order to achieve cost efficiency and financial targets
• Lead demand planning MRP processes and track KPIs (e.g. forecast accuracy inventory turns) r to drive service agility and cash balancing guided by data driven decisions .
• Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing to develop long-term sourcing/capacity plans for seasonal peaks (e.g. fresh food campaigns).
