Job Summary

Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management Asset Management Global Private Banking and Insurance.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role you will:

  1. Assist to embed the IWPB Incentive Framework within HSBC Expat and ensure consistency in Incentive Framework across IWPB
  2. Provide data support to incentive scheme and management team for insight
  3. Actively identify initiate and take lead in projects to support incentive allocation and facilitate incentive calibration
  4. Conduct analysis on incentive distribution to drive business performance to support IWPB strategy
  5. Design Recognition Programs/ Sales Campaign according to group guidance
  6. Attrition headcount management and other people related tasks

To be successful in the role you should meet the following requirements:

  1. 3 years above incentive or data or performance management experience.
  2. Bachelor or above education background.
  3. Self-motivated independent and good team worker.
  4. Good excel and data skill preferred with strong analytical organizational and strategic and/or operational planning skills. Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.
  5. Excellent communicator with strong collaborative inter-personal and influencing skills.
  6. Good time management skill and a positive disposition are needed to cope with the process of heavy workload.
