岗位职责

• 制定并管理项目全生命周期的调试计划进度与资源
• 确保调试全过程符合安全质量及行业规范标准
• 协调设计施工运维及供应商等多方团队高效协作
• 主导系统测试性能验证及集成带载测试IST
• 管理调试团队外部承包商及测试设备资源
• 识别评估并管控调试阶段各类风险
• 支持项目交付运营就绪及运维团队培训

The purpose of the Commissioning Manager position is to plan lead and manage all commissioning activities to ensure that systems equipment and facilities are installed tested and operated safely reliably and in full compliance with project specifications contractual requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan schedule and manage all commissioning activities across the project lifecycle
Ensure full compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards throughout commissioning
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering Construction Operations and vendors
Lead system testing performance validation and integrated system testing (IST)
Manage commissioning resources contractors and test equipment
Identify assess and mitigate commissioning risks throughout the process
Support project handover operational readiness and O&M team training

Qualifications :

• 本科及以上学历电气/暖通/自动化/工程管理相关专业
• 8年以上相关项目调试经验具备大型工业电力或基础设施项目调试团队管理经验
• 精通调试方法论系统分解移交流程及运维交接
• 熟悉调试阶段HSSE要求风险评估及安全作业规范

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Mechanical Automation or Engineering Management
• 8 years of relevant experience leading commissioning teams on large-scale industrial power or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of commissioning methodologies systemization turnover processes and handover to operations
• Solid understanding of HSSE requirements risk assessments and safe work practices during commissioning
