1. 协助财务做好报表数据的归集制表及审核工作
2. 完成会计凭证编制保证会计凭证内容真实附件齐全金额正确记账凭证所列会计科目科学合理
3. 其他相关财务工作

工作职责
1. 负责及时准确进行日常账务处理维护NC系统COA科目及相关操作
2. 负责及时准确完成集团要求定期报表
3. 负责汇总编制集团要求的Forecast报表及年终各部门预算表
4. 负责提交内外部门要求其他报表
5. 负责与内外部审计沟通预审及年终审计相关事项
6. 负责财务会计凭证账簿报表等财务档案的归档整理工作
7. 上级交办其他事项

任职要求
1. 本科或以上学历财务相关专业
2. 3年以上房地产业会计工作经验
3. 英语四级能熟练运用Office操作系统用友等账务处理系统
