主要工作职责 (Main Responsibilities)

1. 平台架构与开发参与开发和维护中心化 AI 算法平台确保系统在高并发多用户使用时保持稳定和高扩展性

公共 AI 组件研发利用机器学习和生成式 AIGenAI技术编写高复用模块化的核心 AI 组件避免重复造轮子

模型工程化打包负责把 AI/ML 模型封装成标准的 API 接口或可直接运行的工具包让其他系统能够轻松调用

支持银行业务应用通过平台能力支持下游的各种银行业务场景包括文档处理推荐系统语音智能时间序列预测和聊天机器人等

提高维护效率开发标准化的工具和自动化流程减少各业务团队后续维护 AI 项目所需的时间和人力成本

2. 在完成总部分配任务的同时遵守总部对数据保密性和数据库访问限制性的各种要求

3. 及时与总部同事沟通分配的任务按时按需求高质量的完成

4. 日常行为符合总部的操作手册要求

5. 遵守总部以及当地的合规管理参与模型风险评估文档撰写配合内外部审计及合规检查

6. 确保所有必须参加的培训课程都能按时完成

任职资格 (Incumbents Requirements)

学历及专业资格要求

计算机科学相关大学本科或以上的学历

知识与技能要求

全栈/软件工程经验具备 Python 开发 AI/ML 项目的经验或具备优秀的软件工程/全栈开发背景熟悉 Python 及其主流后端框架并了解 TypeScriptJavaScript 或 Svelte 等前端技术

大模型应用经验熟悉大模型LLM的核心原理有 Prompt提示词调优以及 RAG检索增强生成系统的实际开发经验

常用 AI 框架熟练使用 OpenAI APIHuggingFaceTransformersLangChain 等主流大模型开发工具

数据与大数据工具熟练掌握 SQL 数据库操作了解 Spark 或其他大数据处理框架

相关工作经验要求

具有3-6年及以上经验

具备金融风控和NLP文档理解等银行业AI应用经验优先

职位所需的特殊要求

良好有效的沟通能力

良好的中英文口头和书面表达能力能与海外团队流畅协作
