-精通货运流程熟悉报关流程了解仓库运营知识和仓库系统WMS
-能够制定项目中级难度的解决方案
商务意识
-能有效进行商务沟通有一定的归纳梳理分析和总结能力能判断出问题的关键点并及时跟进
-对项目收入和支出有清晰概念有良好的成本意识能***限度创造合理利润
沟通技能
负责项目对内对外的沟通
-对外沟通
与客户供应商货代保持良好沟通快速反馈高效跟进
-对内沟通
与客服内部关务运输运营和其他辅助职能部门保持密切高效沟通以保证日常业务的正常运行
-语言要求
根据项目需求需要对港澳或国外客户的岗位要求粤语或英语听说读写能力良好
流程管理
-协助客服经理制订项目SOP确保项目各环节按照SOP执行
-定期回顾和优化项目操作流程
KPI监控和报告发送
-负责项目KPI的监控
-及时准确发送相关报告
异常处理
-主动跟进和处理一般异常并定期归纳总结CASE STUDY
-重大异常需向客服经理及时报备并寻求解决方案
团队管理
-协助经理管理所属项目团队
-负责项目内人才培养尤其是专业知识的培训
办公软件使用能力
熟练使用OFFICE软件
-EXCEL要会VLOOKUP和透视表
-PPT要能独立制作工作汇报和业务总结
-WORD要能独立制作SOP会使用SOP流程序号自动排版技巧
-邮件沟通逻辑清晰条理清楚并充分注重商务礼仪

要求
1. 硕士学历
2. 英语口语流利
3. 有物流进出口相关工作经验或实习经验
4. 沟通能力好熟悉office软件使用
