Regional Commercial Development (RCD) team serves as a central function within the China Market Group acting as a commercial enabler focused on driving commercial excellence channel management portfolio deployment and commercial planning and execution to enhance overall business results.

Core Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Regional Commercial Development by ensuring smooth team operations through support in team development meeting management priority tracking and material preparation etc. to realize teams priorities
  • Supervise and drive high-impact commercial enablement initiatives within China Market Group including Annual Commercial Conferences Product Preview Customer Pulse Coordination cross-functional commercial collaboration and other coordination efforts.
  • Engage in other commercial domains including Revenue Management Commercial Planning Trade Promotion Efficiency and the creation and maintenance of tools data and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key cross-functional partners including Operations Marketing Sales teams etc. to facilitate a collaborative environment that drives organizational success
  • Offer support for strategic projects and global engagement when necessary

Do you have what it takes

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 2years of working experience in support role preferably within a consulting commercial or business development context.
  • Proactive work approach to show potential to be developed to other senior positions in the team when available.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
