Team Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for providing systematic solutions for client facing business requirement and strategy.
2. Design systematic solutions to improve the daily work efficiency and reduce potential risk for sales marketing customer service products and other client-facing departments.
3. Be responsible for project execution and daily operation and maintenance of systems for client facing business.
4. Be responsible for the architecture design and development of sales platform CRM marketing platform product life cycle system and other self-developed systems.
5. Connect with global team to align AMCs R&D governance framework and improve R&D standards.

6. Keep up to date with cutting-edge technology to empower client facing business and optimize cost efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1) Responsible for the operation and management of fund company systems including direct sales online trading proactive services call center systems etc. covering daily maintenance system changes issue resolution emergency response technical support and ensuring secure and stable system operations.
2) Establish and maintain regular communication and coordination mechanisms with business departments conduct comprehensive analysis of departmental requirements and design application solutions in relevant areas.
3) Act as project manager or key team member in implementing and managing application projects in related fields.
4) Proactively monitor industry trends regularly analyze and evaluate the functionality and operational status of application systems and take effective measures to eliminate or reduce operational risks.
5) Regularly prepare revise and update management manuals operation manuals user training materials and other documentation related to application systems.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

1) Bachelors degree in computer-related field with at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
2) Familiarity with fund company systems (direct sales online trading proactive services call center systems etc.) with strong capabilities in business support system development issue resolution and emergency troubleshooting;
3) Proficiency in Linux operations skilled in Oracle database usage and capable of SQL development;
4) Familiarity with programming languages such as Java with basic programming skills being a plus;
5) Strong stress resistance communication and coordination skills high sense of responsibility and team spirit;
6) Basic English reading and writing proficiency;
7) Candidates with fund industry qualifications and prior experience at public offering fund companies will be given priority.
