- 负责组建并领导虾饲料销售团队制定团队发展计划与销售策略
- 全面开展广西虾饲料市场的开发布局与渠道建设
- 识别并拓展关键客户建立长期稳定的合作伙伴关系
- 协调内外部资源为客户提供专业的技术支持与解决方案
- 负责团队目标制定过程管理绩效考核与能力提升
- 定期收集市场信息与竞争动态为公司产品与策略调整提供建议
