Job Summary
Position Summary
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer / Architect to join our team in Shenzhen. The successful candidate will support the Project Manager in the design production and delivery of project documentation with a focus on transportation and metro-related buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Design Lead and Project Manager in developing architectural concepts and design solutions.
- Produce and coordinate project drawings presentations renderings and design documentation from concept through detailed design stages.
- Prepare high-quality architectural drawings and project deliverables for client submissions.
- Collaborate with architects engineers consultants and project stakeholders.
- Support design development technical detailing and documentation for transportation and metro-related projects.
- Create visualizations diagrams presentations and graphic materials to communicate design intent.
- Participate in project meetings workshops and design reviews.
- Ensure project drawings and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 25 years of professional architectural experience.
- Experience in transportation metro rail transit.
- International project experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Independent responsible and capable of managing assigned workstreams.
- Strong communication coordination and organizational skills.
- Rhino Grasshopper AutoCAD Adobe Photoshop PS/Ind/Ai Enscape V-Ray or equivalent rendering software
