YOUR TASKS
Review invoices and checkrequests for accuracy propriety proper authorization adequacy andcompleteness of supporting documentation (PO goods receiving customsverification and invoices) and proper book in accordance with internal controlpolicy
Maintain organizedup-to-date files of all documents supporting contractual arrangements andpayments in a secure and confidential manner
Resolve the discrepancybetween actual and PO and identify the significant variance Process debit/credit memo inSAP as per approval of company process
Input relevant entriesinto SAP
Take charge of AP agingreport reconcile with vendor
Register the invoiceinformation on the customers website
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor with major of Accountingor financial related
0- 2 years working experience onAR function
Strong willing to develop onaccounting field
Hard work and proactive
Good English on Written andSpeaking
