AP Quality Manager-Project and China Liquid

As an AP Quality Manager you will leads quality improvement projects in the region and acts as COE for a defined series of manufacturing sites (cluster). Ensuring the quality projects implementation to keep driving quality improvement in the region and overseeing the quality performance of the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Defines promotes implements and manages quality improvement projects in AP region.
• Drives discrete projects to improve QMS procedures product quality quality AI reduce cost of poor quality (SSPL claim) and solve repeat quality and service incidences across the business ensures leveraged learnings.
• Work with Quality Director on dashboards and Quality data analytics.
• Works as COE to support site quality managers to resolve high impact quality incidents.
• Ensures consistent measurement and reporting of cluster/ SBU quality performance (internal KPI & customer scorecards)
• Ensures strategic quality initiatives are deployed and implemented for the cluster sites with SBU alignment
• Lead cross site problem solving & Quality initiatives for the cluster escalation point for High Severity quality incidents
• Drive data driven quality improvement programs to improve yield/productivity cost of non-conformance and customer complaints performance for the defined sites/ business
• Gate keeper in regional level (cross site scoped) quality MOC Product transfer and New Product Launch quality.
• Drive the consistent application and use of the Advanced Product Quality Planning tools across the cluster (cross site FMEA review standardized control for critical to quality process parameters)
• Ensure consistent implementation of global/regional quality procedure at cluster sites

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in chemical or related field
• Ten (10) or more years of Quality Management experience or coating technical/operation experience.
• Five (5) or more years of managerial experience
• Working knowledge with ISO 9001/ IATF standards and core quality tools
• 6 Sigma Blackbelt preferred
• Project Management
• Fluent in the English language
