Analysis Technician

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials in-process samples and finished products according to established procedures and specifications.
• Operate and maintain laboratory analytical instruments including GCmoisture analyzers refractive index analyzers specific gravity analyzerscolorimeters and other testing equipment.
• Conduct manual titration and other laboratory analyses accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate test data identify abnormal results investigate potential causes and report quality deviations in a timely manner.
• Review sample conditions before testing and assess the validity accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
• Complete testing records laboratory documentation and quality reports accurately in accordance with GMP ISO and company quality requirements.
• Support laboratory housekeeping calibration maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
• Work independently in a rotating shift environment and collaborate effectively with Production Quality and Supply Chain teams to support business operations.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Diploma or above in Chemistry Food Science Chemical Engineering Pharmaceutical Science Biotechnology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of laboratory or quality control experience in food flavor fragrance chemical pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience operating laboratory analytical instruments such as GC moisture analyzers refractive index analyzers specific gravity analyzers and colorimeters.
• Good understanding of laboratory testing principles sample preparation and analytical methods.
• Proficiency in manual titration techniques and routine laboratory operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize abnormal sample conditions and identify quality issues.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and laboratory data recording systems.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts including night shifts when required.

How Would You Stand Out

• Experience working in flavor fragrance food ingredient food manufacturing or chemical production industries.
• Knowledge of GMP ISO 9001 ISO 17025 HACCP or other quality management systems.
• Familiarity with SAP LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) or other laboratory data management systems.
