AI & Innovation Danaher Senior Manager, Danaher China

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders partnering closely with the technical leaders AI & Innovation DBSL and PMO to drive forward and execute AI and innovation projects.
• Partner with wet lab scientists/clinicians to translate medical/scientific challenges into technical solutions.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Danahers three core platforms associated technologies and developmental pathways as well as potential areas for technological integration.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies including pharmaceutical companies Biotechs academic institutions hospital leaders and government entities to advance Danahers innovations strategy.
• Coordinate global and China cross-functional teams with a focus on driving and implementing BEACON Nexus Pioneer and open innovation initiatives.
• Strategic market intelligence to identify AI and innovation opportunities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree in Life Science Biomedical Engineering Biology Biochemistry Bioinformatics Computational Biology Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Must be hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• This person will be highly energetic and able to handle conflict.
• Will be an independent worker capable of operating in a fast-moving ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations.
• Experience in project management partnership management partnership strategy development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent cross-culture interpersonal organization communication and influencing skills in both Chinese and English.
• Ability to influence various stakeholders to effect change and achieve results in a dynamic complex environment.
