YOUR TASKS

• assembly process and test method strictly in line with productengineering specification
• routing of assembly calculate the cycle time and assembly hour
• internal and external supplier on new assembly line test equipment andfixture and installation progress
• the continuous improvement on product assembly line and process optimizationto meet company expectation on quality cost and productivity
• faults and reasons for process product CLRcustomer line returnWRwarranty
• function of operating equipment including documentation drafting andupdating of flow chart PFMEAWI
• and supporting production department employees in matters ofproduction and process engineering.
• PJM to complete the workrelated to new customer development (Trail runFull runWIProduction released etc.)
• to organize coordinate and make plans
• 10. Activelyidentifying claims potential resulting from engineering changes.
• Run & Rate obtaining assessment and all needed documentation forprocess approval / qualification of the start of production.
