Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add an Admin Administrator located in Suzhou Wuzhong.

What a typical day looks like:

• Formulate and optimize the companys administrative rules and regulations to ensure that all administrative works are conducted in an orderly and standardized manner.
• Constantly enhance the administrative supplier management to improve administrative efficiency and service quality.

Improve the daily management of the dormitories to provide the comfortable living environment for all employees Lead the canteen suppliers to provide the high-quality catering service for all employees Manage the shuttle bus and business cars team to provide the high-level transportation service

• The disposal of general waste and electronic waste.

Use the SWS to manage the electronic waste( create the inventory and arrange delivery) The daily management of scrap warehouse and on-site supplier Check and prepare the monthly bill for waste disposal shipments

• The management of the employees lockers

Allocate lockers to the employees daily The maintenance of employees lockers Optimize the locker management system to achieve intelligent and data-driven functionality.

• The management of ESD smocks and shoes

The distribution and collection of work the ESD smocks and shoes Control the service quality of ESD smocks laundry supplier to make sure the ESD smocks is tidy and complies with anti-static standards. Optimize the management system of ESD smocks to realize the digital management of the ESD smocks warehouse

• Keep the factory environment tidy and cleaning
• Administrative resource management and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Organize and coordinate various internal and external meetings and employee activities.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors degree or above in Administrative Management Business Administration or related fields.
• More than 5 years of administrative management experience of which administrative experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.
• Experience in office environment planning or organizing large-scale events is a plus.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English (listening speaking reading and writing) able to communicate fluently and draft administrative documents in English.
• Good team management and leadership skills able to lead the team to complete various administrative tasks.
• Strong adaptability and decision-making ability able to make correct decisions and take appropriate actions in emergency situations.
