Actuarial AI Transformation Lead

Position Responsibilities:

• 搭建自动化精算报表流程

• 建设精算知识库Actuarial Knowledge Base

• 搭建多源数据驱动的预测性精算指标平台

• 横向协同与项目管理长期职责但上任即需开展

Required Qualifications:

• 6年以上寿险精算相关经验

• 扎实的Python/SQL工程能力能够编写生产级数据管道调度脚本及自动化流程非仅分析用途
• 熟悉数据湖/数据仓库概念具备从多源系统财务保单管理投资理赔整合数据的实操经验
• 国内外知名大学精算统计数学金融工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 持有或接近取得正精算师资格FSA/FIA/FCAS等熟悉寿险精算核心领域准备金评估偿付能力价值管理再保ALM

Preferred Qualifications:

• 有精算科技/精算AI岗位经验

• 熟悉Axis精算软件及云原生架构AWS/Azure/阿里云

• 熟悉DAMA数据管理知识体系或具备CDMP认证
• 有带领或教练精算新人学习编程/自动化工具的经历
