工作概述
根据业务发展及增长需求对于特灵直销和工程销售业务的开展及方向给予明确指导达成业务指标并促进业务持续增长以直销形式与内部团队跨部门协作通过与最终用户工程总包公司及设计院等的关系维护与拓展提供专业的系统解决方案提升客户满意度

关键岗位职责
结合公司战略目标及所负责地区的市场情况开发和维护工业行业优质客户找到聚焦行业中直销和工程项目的商机推广特灵有竞争力的系统解决方案负责制定长期及短期业务发展规划并带领团队高效落地执行
合理制定及分配年度业绩指标带领团队达成预定目标的同时按照公司业务方向有效管理销售日常行为的开展提高人均效率及产出
与相关部门市场服务商务PM等部门密切合作提升客户服务质量并帮助AR部门及时收回账款
运用公司销售管理体系及工具培养高效率的团队和人才梯队负责推广特灵空调产品建立和维护良好的客户关系

任职资格:
本科或以上学历暖通空调制冷建筑环境等相关专业具备大型项目操作经验和工程项目落地经验
10年以上暖通行业相关销售经验5年以上项目销售业务及团队管理经验
有能力带领团队在一定压力下实现业绩目标且曾有多次成功经验
优秀的沟通适应和变革管理能力及抗压能力
以结果为导向以数据为依据具备快速决策能力
