Where Youll Make a Difference

• Process and validate PO and non-PO invoices including VAT and withholding tax calculations.
• Ensure supplier documentation complies with local legal and tax requirements.
• Manage vendor payments by scheduling and executing payment runs.
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve finance-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide high-quality service to stakeholders including vendors and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues escalating when necessary and support incident resolution.
• Support P2P operations drive process improvements and optimize payment processes.
• Lead or contribute to AP-related projects ensure policy compliance support audits and maintain cross-functional collaboration (procurement logistics customer service) while mentoring team members.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline (or equivalent professional qualification)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and processes
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and email tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality customer service
• Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive can-do mindset and team-oriented approach

How Would You Stand Out

• Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse systems
• Study abroad background is highly preferred
• Knowledge of additional languages and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
