POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for account payables and expense report review cross charge financial reporting process and forecast preparation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

---Review and match vendor and intercompany invoices in 3-way matching obtain approvals as needed prior to payments.

---Coordinate with related depts on GRNI and problem invoice solving.

---Sort out Declaration form to support oversea payment compliance with FX regulation.

---Check and process T&E transactions in accurate and timely manner.

---Perform month-end closing activities and accounts reconciliation.

---Archive invoices voucher and payment document.

---Standard reporting including weekly monthly and year-end financial reporting submission

---Intercompany Cross Charge

---Pricing & profitability planning and analysis

---Other duties may be required.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Accountancy with minimum of 1 years of experience and English workable 会计学位至少1年工作经验英语可用

Oracle experience is preferred. 有Oracle背景者优先

Good knowledge of general accounting/ cost accounting / budgeting and forecasting. 熟悉一般会计/成本会计/预算和预测
