Where Youll Make a Difference

Develops sales strategies to satisfy business plan objectives of China Fine Fragrance business be keen & sharp on category trends & clients business transformation as well as to maximize sales opportunities via an account plan;

Provides clients with general and specific information on product concepts; submission documents and presentations.

Efficient project management to deliver high win rate and risk management to minimize the impact

Oversee the management of client accounts

Independently manage projects work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Remain ahead of all news at the intersection of fashion lifestyle and tech to advise clients on new opportunities and emerging strategies

Create and deliver reports both qualitative and quantitative

Keep abreast of competitive activities prices and new business opportunities

Issue comprehensive action reports as per clients briefs

What Makes You the Right Fit

At least 5 years solid experience in commercial role with measurable track records in Scent industry is preferred

Integrity passionate & desire for customer intimacy building

Strong project management skills

Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)

Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and confidence in presenting client pitches
