DePuy Synthes is recruiting for aSr. Manager GDCLoUSE2E (Chile)locatedin Las Condes Santiago.

Job Overview

This role providesendtoend(E2E) supply chain leadership for Chile with full accountability for planning customer service distributionlogisticsexecution and inventory performance across the operating unit. The Sr. Manager partners closely with commercial finance quality and regional/global supply chain teams to ensurereliable product availability strong customer experience and compliant operations.

This is a highly visible leadership role withdirectimpact onservice levels cost performance and business continuity. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence supporting growth and leading transformation initiatives aligned to global supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and leadendtoendsupply chain performance for Chile including demand and supply planning customer service warehousing and distribution operations.

  • Ensureontimeinfull(OTIF) deliveryand high service levels to customers while balancing cost inventory and risk.

  • Partner with commercial finance quality and regulatory teams to support businessobjectivesand ensurecompliance with local and global requirements.

  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals fostering a culture ofaccountability continuous improvement and collaboration.

  • Driveinventory management and working capital optimization including forecasting accuracy and inventory health.

  • Managethirdpartylogistics(3PL) partners and external suppliers to ensure performance quality and contractual adherence.

  • Identify assess and mitigatesupply chain risks including business continuity and disruption management.

  • Lead and supportprocess improvement and transformation initiativesaligned with global supply chain strategies and digital enablement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Supply Chain Operations Engineering Business ora relatedfield.

  • Masters degree or MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum810 years of progressive experiencein supplychain operationslogistics or related functions with leadership responsibility.

  • Demonstrated experience managingendtoendsupply chain operationsin a complex regulated or multinational environment.

  • Proven ability to partnercrossfunctionallyand influence senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working with external partners such as 3PLs and distributors.

Preferred:

  • Experience withinmedical devices pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries.

  • Experience leadingchange management or transformation initiativeswithinsupplychain.

  • Knowledge of regional or global supply chain operating models.

  • Advancedproficiencywith ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP).

  • Demonstrated success in improving service cost and inventory outcomes simultaneously.

  • Solid analytical andproblemsolvingskills with experience using KPIs to drive performance.

  • Strongpeopleleadership skills including team development and performance management.

Other:

  • Languages:Spanish and Englishproficiency.

  • Certifications:APICS CSCP or similar certifications preferred.
