• Check receive and process sales orders replenishment orders and purchase orders
• Prepare shipments and create labels
• Contact shipping companies and arrange pickup or delivery
• No location list and inventory checks
• File necessary paperwork and stay organized
• Make sure the warehouse is clean tidy and safe for all team members
• Perform daily cycle count
• Work with component and re-manufacturing department on various warehouse activities
• Process parts returns from customers and field
• Organize the warehouse and storage locations to improve workflow
• Identify priorities for the day (shipping and receiving areas)
• Check the warehouse and note all empty spaces and opportunities for improvement
• Weekly major cleanup
• Works with Warranty team to process items for shipping
• Process cores to ensure all items are stored packed and shipped back to the factory
• Additional duties as requested

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are self-motivated with the ability to work alone unsupervised for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office suite
• Able to walk up stairs repeatedly and stay on your feet for most of the day.
• Organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast ever-changing environment.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 40 lbs.
