Job Summary
How Youll Make an Impact:
The Workplace Services & Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day workplace operations meeting and event services office technology purchasing vendor coordination Kronos administration and basic financial processes for the Mississauga site.
As a Workplace Services & Operations Coordinator you will:
- Manage meeting room setup and workplace services operations.
- Coordinate meetings Town Halls employee events and training sessions.
- Provide A/V and office equipment support and coordinate vendor services.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Process purchase orders obtain vendor quotations and track invoices.
- Administer POS and company store pricing updates.
- Support Kronos/UKG timekeeping attendance tracking and reporting.
- Assist with invoice reconciliation expense tracking and budget monitoring.
- Conduct workplace inspections and support health and safety initiatives.
- Support onboarding activities and workplace orientations.
Qualifications :
What Youll Need to Succeed
- 3 years of experience in workplace services office operations facilities hospitality or event coordination.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook Excel Teams and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working with vendors purchase orders and invoices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience using Kronos or UKG workforce management systems.
- Basic finance and accounting knowledge including invoice processing reconciliations budget tracking and vendor payments.
- Experience supporting events and A/V technology.
- Health and Safety experience is an asset.
