Women's Entrepreneur Program Facilitator temporary position

Empower diverse women entrepreneurs to start and scale successful businesses by delivering training building networks and connecting them to critical resources that drive equitable economic growth.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday regular on-site presence required

In this role you will deliver and grow an entrepreneurship support program by providing training outreach and connections that enable diverse women to successfully start and scale their businesses.

• Deliver engaging entrepreneurship training and workshops that build participants skills and confidence to start and grow businesses
• Expand access to entrepreneurship opportunities through proactive outreach to diverse and underserved women
• Connect participants to mentorship networks and essential resources that accelerate business success
• Create inclusive networking opportunities that strengthen local regional and national entrepreneurial ecosystems
• Develop and enhance practical tools resources and curriculum that support entrepreneurial learning and decision-making
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations to expand program reach and impact
• Track and measure program outcomes to demonstrate impact and continuously improve participant experience
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a cohesive high-impact program that meets participant needs and drives meaningful results

• Preferred Degree or diploma in Business Entrepreneurship Adult Education Community Economic Development or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in entrepreneurship development small business ownership business consulting economic development or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating adult learning workshops and group training sessions.
• Understanding of business planning marketing financial literacy operations and growth strategies.
• Experience coaching or mentoring entrepreneurs is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Computer proficiency and experience using common workplace technologies.
• Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
