Position Overview:
As a Windows Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day management maintenance and support of our clients Windows-based systems. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their systems are running smoothly and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise. This is a full-time permanent position with room for growth and advancement within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Install configure and maintain Windows-based systems for our clients
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system security and stability
Manage user accounts and permissions
Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site when necessary
Collaborate with our team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
Document system configurations processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Windows system administration
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Windows system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
Experience with Active Directory DNS and Group Policy
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Relevant certifications (such as MCSE or MCSA) are a plus
