We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter for our private dining room in a high-end French bistro. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a private fine-dining environment; preferably within an upscale Westmount : Tuesday to Saturday 4:00 PM 10:00 PM (approximately 2530 hours per week)Compensation: $24-26.00 per hour tipsJob description :Manage the Reception Telephone Reservations Catering and Private the professional greeting of residents and their guests to the highest standardsMonitor manage and review the catering contractsCoordinate the staff to ensure they deliver exceptional front of house dynamic operational working procedures to support the delivery of service excellenceStrong communication with residents employees and the ChefReporting procedures to guide service implementation making improvements or changes where requiredImplement safe working practices to ensure safety of building occupiers and guestsSending weekly report to the managementMenu pricing and menu display in buildings elevatorCreation of special menu on Canvas (or other chosen software) printing of the menu when necessaryHandling residents complains and finding quick resolutionEnsuring residents satisfaction and special requests are fulfilledMaking employees schedule and report bi-weekly hours to the property managerRequirementsExcellent command of the French and English language.
