Water & Sewer / Civil Project Manager

Firma Contracting is currently seeking an experienced Water & Sewer / Civil Project Manager to oversee underground infrastructure and civil construction projects throughout Saskatchewan. Responsabiltiies:
- Manage water sewer and civil construction projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors surveyors suppliers and internal project teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and cost controls
- Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely on time and within budget
- Support field supervisors and forepersons by providing direction and resolving project-related issues
- Ensure all work meets project specifications quality standards and client expectations
- Review project drawings specifications contracts and change orders
- Manage project documentation reporting RFIs submittals and project closeout requirements
- Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
- Promote and enforce company health safety and environmental policies
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner with honesty and integrity
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of project coordination or project management experience in Saskatchewan
- Proven experience managing water and sewer infrastructure projects
- Civil construction experience is required
- Strong understanding of underground utility construction methods and municipal infrastructure projects
- Excellent planning scheduling and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with project documentation and reporting
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineering Technology or a related field is considered an asset
- Experience working with municipal infrastructure projects is considered an asset
- Experience with project management software is considered an asset

- CSTS 2020
- WHMIS 2015
- Ground Disturbance Level II
- Standard First Aid
- Leadership for Safety Excellence
- Confined Space Entry
- Fall Protection
