Firma Contracting is currently seeking an experienced Water & Sewer / Civil Project Manager to oversee underground infrastructure and civil construction projects throughout Saskatchewan. Responsabiltiies:

• Manage water sewer and civil construction projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors surveyors suppliers and internal project teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and cost controls
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely on time and within budget
• Support field supervisors and forepersons by providing direction and resolving project-related issues
• Ensure all work meets project specifications quality standards and client expectations
• Review project drawings specifications contracts and change orders
• Manage project documentation reporting RFIs submittals and project closeout requirements
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
• Promote and enforce company health safety and environmental policies
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner with honesty and integrity

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of project coordination or project management experience in Saskatchewan
• Proven experience managing water and sewer infrastructure projects
• Civil construction experience is required
• Strong understanding of underground utility construction methods and municipal infrastructure projects
• Excellent planning scheduling and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with project documentation and reporting
• Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineering Technology or a related field is considered an asset
• Experience working with municipal infrastructure projects is considered an asset
• Experience with project management software is considered an asset

• Ground Disturbance Level II
• Standard First Aid
• Leadership for Safety Excellence
• Confined Space Entry
• Fall Protection
