Wash Bay Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
Clean trucks and equipment using pressure washer in truck bay area.
Drive trucks from parking spot to wash bay and back in order to facilitate washing
Perform administrative duties relating to record keeping of work performed.
Keep truck wash area clean.
Pick-up parts for mechanics and assist around the shop area
Raise cab/body of truck
Conform in all respects with applicable federal state/provincial and local laws regulations ordinances and other orders and to all company policies procedures and directives from supervisors.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED desired but not required.
One (1) to three (3) months related experience desired but not required.
Valid drivers license

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read write and communicate with others.
Ability to follow instructions and perform duties under limited supervision.

Physical/Mental Demands:
Must be able to stand walk use hands and fingers reach climb balance stoop kneel crouch and crawl.
Must be able to manually lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Working Conditions:
Frequently exposed to loud noise humidity hot and cold weather conditions moving mechanical parts vibrations toxic and caustic chemicals fumes and airborne particles.
