What Youll Do

As a key member of our tight-knit three-person warehouse team you ensure our field crews have the best safest tools in their hands. Your day-to-day will include:

• Precision Maintenance: Inspect service and perform minor repairs on a variety of gear - from drills and grinders to generators and pressure washers.
• Inventory Leadership: Fulfill tool orders from request forms and phone calls ensuring our sites have exactly what they need when they need it.
• Safety Stewardship: Conduct incoming/outgoing inspections. At Chandos safety isnt a checkbox; its a core value.
• Logistics & Coordination: Manage the flow of tools across warehouse zones and coordinate with external partners for specialized recertifications.
• Workspace Excellence: Help maintain a clean organized and highly functional shop environment.

Qualifications :

• Experience: 2 years in tool/shop work or the construction industry. Experience in tool rental is a plus.
• Technical Skill: Comfortable identifying tool wear and performing basic repairs (handles cords blades filters etc.).
• The Gear: Familiarity with cordless/corded drills impact drivers concrete hammers grinders pneumatic nailers generators air compressors and plate compactors.
• Drivers License: Valid Class 5 license with a clean abstract.
• Physical Requirements: This is a physical role. You must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 80 lbs) for 50 feet climb ladders and perform strenuous labour in various conditions.
